Planning and coordination of renewable energy projects in Italy from development through to permitting
Coordination of external partners and designers
Supporting the Project Manager throughout the entire development and construction phase
Internal & external communication (authorities, project managers, etc.)
Completed technical education (technical college, university, or equivalent)
Initial experience in project planning and development
Basic knowledge of the renewable energy industry (PV/Wind) is an advantage
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Fluency in German and Italian; good command of English

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (m/f/d)
Reception Management: Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and business partners.
Office Coordination: Organizing and coordinating daily office operations (correspondence, phone calls, mail, and office supplies).
Scheduling & Logistics: Managing calendars, organizing meetings, appointments, and business travel.
Administrative Support: Providing support to the management and various departments.

Finance & Administration Director (m/f/d)
Key Executive Role – Comprehensive responsibility for the commercial and financial management of the Holding and all subsidiary companies.
Executive Oversight: Full responsibility for the commercial and financial steering of the holding company and all subsidiaries.
Financial Strategy: Definition and implementation of the Group’s financial strategy.
Budgeting & Control: Planning, creation, and monitoring of group-wide and individual entity budgets.
Capital Markets & Banking: Independent leadership of financing discussions and negotiations with banks and financial institutions.
Innovative Financing: Development and implementation of modern financing structures (Project Finance, Green Bonds, EU subsidies, etc.).
Reporting & Compliance: Oversight of accounting, controlling, and group-level reporting.
Consolidation: Coordination and monitoring of consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Treasury: Liquidity management, treasury operations, and optimization of group cash flow.
Stakeholder Management: Serving as the central point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and authorities.
Strategic Support: Providing strategic advisory to the Executive Board regarding investment decisions and M&A transactions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring regulatory and tax compliance across all operating jurisdictions.
Academic Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in a comparable senior leadership role (Finance & Administration Director, Commercial Director, Direttore Amministrativo), ideally within a holding or corporate group environment.
Financing Track Record: Proven experience in leading financing negotiations with banks and credit institutions.
Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of innovative financial instruments (Project Finance, Green Finance, EU structural funds).
Legal & Tax Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of international corporate, tax, and accounting law, particularly in Italy, Austria, and/or the UK.
Analytical Strength: Excellent analytical, strategic, and decisive capabilities.
Leadership Style: A confident personality with natural leadership authority and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: High degree of autonomy, entrepreneurial thinking, and a clear results-orientation.
Languages: Fluency in German and Italian; good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).
